On of our most spectacular innovations was the controlling system of an automatic parking house.
The customer parks his car on a metal palette.   The palette rotates into the drive-out position and the palette moves into the high shelves. At the  same time, there can be 78 cars in the house.
The controlling of this parking house is a PC (for   the logistics and the parking sequence) and a controlling unit.
